This cam is designed to be a great all-rounder – it's got a nice, noticeable lope at idle (especially in the smaller 4.8/5.3L trucks) but it's still super drivable for a daily driver. It even works with stock torque converters in automatic vehicles. The power band is from about 1200 to 6200 RPM, and you can typically expect a solid 30-35 horsepower gain at the wheels. The lobes are designed to be friendly with both beehive and double valve springs. It's often called a \stealth\ cam because, with the right exhaust, it can sound almost stock but packs a nice punch.
