It's made from black PU leather and fits most standard Harley detachable sissy bars (like part numbers 52300324, 52627-09, 54247-09, etc.) and tall versions (52723-06, 5230057, etc.). The pad measures about 105mm x 70mm x 70mm and bolts on easily. It's aftermarket, so you get the look and function without the Harley price tag.
