Want to play your own music in your older Mazda? This handy adapter adds an AUX input and a USB charging port to your factory stereo. It plugs right into the CD changer port (non-destructive installation—no cutting wires!). Compatible with many Mazda models from 1999-2009, including the Mazda 3, 5, 6, Miata, CX-7, MPV, and more (check the list to be sure). Important notes: It does NOT work with Bose or navigation systems. The AUX input lets you connect your phone or MP3 player, but it won't work with radio controls or steering wheel buttons. The USB port is for charging only—can't play music from it. For some Mazda 6 models (Nov 2003-Sep 2005), you might need a minor internal mod (soldering a jumper).
