They can take an input voltage from 10V to 40V (like from a car battery, solar panel, or power supply) and boost it up to an adjustable output between 10V and 50V (output must be higher than input). They handle up to 10A output and 250W power (but for continuous use over 4A, add a heat sink). They feature Constant Current (CC) and Constant Voltage (CV) adjustment, reverse polarity protection, and over-current protection. Efficiency is up to 96%.
