Each one can handle up to 80W of power, with a collector current (IC) of 15A and voltages up to 100V (VCBO/VCEO). The DC current gain (hFE) is seriously high – between 1,000 and 20,000 – so they're super sensitive to small input signals. Perfect for stuff like hefty power supplies, motor speed controllers, dimmer switches for lights, or any circuit where you need to switch or control decent amounts of power. They come in the common TO-220 package, easy to mount on a heat sink (which you'll probably want for high-power use). And you get 10 of them in anti-static bags, which is great for having spares.
