Over time, the factory VVT gasket can flatten out and cause leaks – this replacement set helps seal things up and can even improve VTEC response. Made from durable rubber and metal, it’s built to handle engine heat and oil exposure. Includes both the solenoid gasket and the spool valve filter screen – yeah, that tiny screen can get gummed up and mess with performance even if it doesn’t look clogged. Easy to install: just pull off the old solenoid, swap in the new gasket and screen (the old ones get brittle!), and you’re set. Comes with 2 pieces in the pack.
