And Keimi has its own trigger: whenever you cast another enchantment spell, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. So you're getting life drain and a frog buddy just for playing enchantments – nice, right? Oh, and Tatsunari has an activated ability for 1 green or blue mana: it lets both Tatsunari and a target Frog you control become unblockable for the turn, except by creatures with flying or reach. So you can sneak in for some damage. This card is from the Neon Dynasty set, it's rare, and the card number is 123. Totally fits into enchantment-heavy decks, frog tribal, or just any black deck that wants some incremental life gain and pressure.
